A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OP
SANORON CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OP
$101,706 POR THE DINNER XEY RECREATION
CENTER/EXPOSIT/ON HALL ROOP REPAIRS;
ALLOCATING FUNDS PROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OP COMMERCE, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINIS.,
TRATION, LOCAL PUBLIC WOR18 PROJECT GRANT;
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH SAID PIM.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received April 1, 1977
for the DINNER XEY RECRATION CENTER/EXPOSITION ALL - ROOF
REPAIRS; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $101,700
bid of Sandron Corporation is the lowest responsible bid and
recommends, in concurrence with The Grove Group, Consultants,
that a contract be awarded to said firm; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for the above project
from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Develop-
ment Administration, Local Public Works Project Grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The April 1, 1977 bidTo uorpof:-
tion in the amount of $101,700 for the DINNER KEY RECREATION
CENTER/EXPOSITION HALL - ROOF REPAIRS, namely Base Bid of the
Proposal, based on lump sum bid is hereby accepted, with funds
therefor hereby allocated from the U.S. Department of Commerce,
Economic Development Administration, Local Public Works Project
Grant.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract on behalf of the •City of Miami with the
Sandron Corporation for DINNER KEY RECREATION CENTER/EXPOSITION
HALL ROOF REPAIRS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 114TH day of APRIL 1977.
