WHEREAS, the City of Miami filed an Eminent Domain
proceeding styled City of Miami v. Gisele Fashk, et
Action No. 74-21840, to take the property needed for
Square Park; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to pay all costs and
attorneysfees reasonably incurred in the defense of the action;
and

WHEREAS, the total sum awarded is $7,305.25, which the
City is required to pay into the Registry of the Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Finance Director be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to pay a total of $7,305.25, from the
Parks for People Bond Funds, in attorneys' fees and costs for
Parcels Nos, 7095-1, 7095-2 and 7095-6 in the case of City of Miami
v. Giselle Fashik, et al,, Civil Action No. 74-21840, in accordance
with the Court orders,

On :•larch 29, 1977, the Circuit Court awarded attorneys' fees and
costs in the amount of 7,305.25 to the owners of the Parcels
Nos, 7095-1, 7095-2 and 7095-6 in the above styled cause:
This concludes the acquisition of the African Square Park,
including all costs and expenses therefor, with the exception of
a small fee which is charged by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in making a disbursal from the registry.
