OF LAND SUBJECT TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MEETING THE SOUTH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND SUBJECT
TO Tiii FILING OF A RECORD PLAT IN COMPLIANCE WITH

I LOW" WHEREAS, the City of Miami has received a $2,710,050 local
Public Works grant from the Federal Government to construct a
new Heavy Equipment Service Facility; and
WHEREAS, the City proposes to construct the new Heavy
Equipment Service Facility on City owned unplatted land at N. tiJ.
14th Avenue at 20th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works will prepare and
file a Record Plat of this property in the near future complying
with the platting laws of the State of Florida and the Metropolitan
Dade County Code; and
WHEREAS, the City plans to award a contract for said
project April 20, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE

Section 1. The City Commission hereby au't7:laY�. 'S` t
Manager to direct the Building Department to issue a special
building permit for the construction of a Heavy Equipment Service
Facility on City of Miami unplatted land located at N. W. 14th
Avenue and N. W. 20th Street, subject to the plans and specifica-
tions meeting the requirements of the South Florida Building Code
and subject to the filing of a Record Plat in compliance with the
plat filing laws of the State of Florida and Metropolitan Dade County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 34,a ,day of April, 1977.
