OF MIAMI CONVEY/NC TO THE CITY Or MIAMI FOR t 1I0MWAY PURPOSES THE NORTHWESTERLY 70 PEEP OF LOTS 53 THROUGH 57, Or BLOCK "B", MARY AND WILLIAM BRICRELL SUBDIVISION (B-96), A/It/A 1901 BRICRELL AVENUE; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OPrICIAL OF THE CITY 0P MIAMI TO RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS 0P DADE COUNTY, PLORIDA. WHEREAS, American Design & Development Corp, of Miami, as owner, executed and delivered a deed conveying to the City of Miami for highway purposes a 70-foot service drive extending for the full width of the lots along Brickell Avenue; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid conveyance was made a condition to the granting to said owner of a variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article IV, Section 9, on that filled land lying between the captioned described lots and the official Dade County Bulkhead Line to permit issuance of a Certificate of Use for structures located on said filled land, waiving platting requirements; and WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to accept the aforesaid deed and to have it recorded in the Publ o '`C�CUC _..RUEX of Dade County, Florida. ITEM MO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE' CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The January 20, 1977, deed executed by American Design & Development Corp. of Miami conveying to the City of Miami for highway purposes the northwesterly 70 feet of Lots 53 through 57, Block "B", of MARRY AND W LLIAM ERIOKELL SUBDIVISION, recorded in Flat BcoR a, at Page 96, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be, and the same i.s hereby, accepted, CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF APR:41977 SMUTtaw 144.......;.. .:.,.
