Corporation has satisfactorily completed the construction of
highway improvements designated as S. W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY

S. W. ?2 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PHASE II DISTRICT H-4395
(Highway Portion) BID "A"; and
WHEREAS, the city Charter requires the publication
