A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION
OF THE $11 SPECIAL SUMMER RATE FOR COMBINED
GREEN FEE AND CART RENTAL AT THE MIAMI
SPRINGS GOLF COURSE AND ALSO PROVIDING FOR
A WAIVER OF THE tEQUIRED 40% PAYMENT To
THE CITY BY THE GOLF PROFESSIONAL AT THE
MIAMI SPRINGS GOLF COURSE FROM THE GROSS
RECEIPTS OF THE SPECIAL SUMMER RATE FOR
COMBINED GREEN FEE AND CART RENTAL; SAID
DISPOSITION TO APPLY AND SAID WAIVER TO
BE EFFECTIVE BETWEEN MAY 1, 1977 AND
NOVEMBER 30, 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following disposition will be made
of the $11 combined green fee and cart rental charged under
Subsection 2 of Section 39-13.1 of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida, applicable between May 1, 1977 and November 30,
1977 at the Miami Springs Golf Course:
A. The City of Miami will receive $7 from each

such fee of $11;

B. The remaining $4 of each such fee wihl 'Pe paid
to the Golf Professional at the Miami Springs Golf Course.
Section 2. A. The regular 40% payment by the
Golf Professional at the Miami Springs Golf Course on the
gross receipts between May 1, 1977 and November 30, 1977 of
cart rentals at the Miami Springs Golf Course must be made as
required under the Agreement between the Golf Professional and
the City upon the amount of cart rentals based on any rate
other than the Special Summer Rate for Combined Green Fee and
Cart Rental,
B, The regular 40% payment to the City
by the Golf Professional at the Miami Springs Golf Course as
required under the Agreement between the Golf Professional and
the City is hereby waived upon those cart rentals at the Miami
