Toby Brigham, John Farrell and Leon Black have each
expressed an interest in assisting the Law Department
in the l'BC, , .and a desire to consider a formula for
the calculation of their legal fees.
They have further indicated that they will submit to
this office a summary of their fee structures whereupon
we will advise the Commission and will seek to have the
matter discussed at the Commission Meeting of March 24th,
