A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
PAUL'S CHILL, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICA-
TIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND ACCEPTING
THE COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND POST-
PONING THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDE-
WALK, CURB AND GUTTER UNTIL REV/RED BY
THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE PLAT,
WHEREAS, The City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled PAUL'S
HILL;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1, The Plat entitled PAUL'S HILL, a portion of the
S.E. 4 of Section 15 and a portion of Government Lot 1 of the
N.E. 4 of Section 22, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of
Miami, Dade County, Florida, as shown on the plat of ESTATE OF
JOHN T. PEACOCK (2-12), which by reference is made a part hereof
as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown
thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees and
shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public,
be and the same are, hereby

Section 2. The Covenant To Run With The Land executed by
Paul's Hill Corporation postponing the immediate construction of
sidewalk, curb and gutter until such time as required by the De-
partment of Public Works of the City of Miami is hereby accepted
and the proper officials are directed to record said covenant
after Plat has been recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.

The Proposed Record Plat entitled PAUL'S HILL is a portion of the S.E.
4 of Section 15 and a portion of Government Lot 1 of the N.E. 4 of
Section 22, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade
County, Florida, as shown on the plat of ESTATE OF JOHN T. PEACOCK
(2-12) . It is divided into six (6) lots zoned R-1. This plat is
being forwarded to your office for City Commission action.
The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works recom-
mends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida,
and certifies its correctness as to form.
Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to present
the Plat to the City Commission of Miami:
(1) Resolution accepting the Plat
(2) Print of proposed Record Plat
(3) Agreement form pertaining to subdivision improvements
(4) Covenant To Run With The Land
(5) Opinion of Title
(6) Memorandum from the Department of Planning waiving
landscaping requirements
(7) Memorandum from the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority

the provisions of the Agreement between The City of Miami
and the aforementioned PAULIS HILL CORPORATIO 4 The improve-
ments required at the property platted are listed as follows

Since there is no sidewalk y curb and gutter in the vicinity
cf the property platted it is recommended that the attached
covenant be accented postponing the immediate construction
of these improvements until the area is more fully developed.
