A RESOLUTION CREATING AN ORANGE BOWL
IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMM/TTEE or
NINE MEMBERS PoR THE PURPOSE or RECOM-
MENDING NEIDED IMPRoVEMENT8 REQUIRED
FOR THE BEST USE or THAT FACILITY AND
WITHIN THE CITY'S ABILITY TO FUND;
FURTHER DESCRIBING THE coMMITTEE'S
STRUCTURE# TERMS or OrrIcE, AND PRo-
VIDING FOR APPOINTMENTS OF INDIVIDUALS
TO SERVE ON THIS COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission
to consider and provide for necessary improvements to the
Orange Bowl Stadium to encourage better and expanded use of
this facility; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to encourage
participation and support of the public in the formulation

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Orange Bowljimmti! Advisory
Committee is hereby created.

Section 2. The purpose of this tttr—is-tvo
consider, formulate and propose needed improvements to the
Orange Bowl Stadium required for the best use of that facility,
and within the City's funding ability in cooperation with the
City Manager and the appropriate City Departments with the
first report of said Committee to the City Commission being
due in June of 1977.
Section 3. The following persons are hereby
appointed to the Committee;
