RESOLUTION NO4 77,277
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RECEIVE PROPOSALS FROM
INDIVIDUALS OR FIRMS WITH THE NECESSARY
EXPERTISE AND FINANCIAL BACKGROUND TO ADE
QUATELY OPERATE A FOOD, BEVERAGE, NOVELTY)
TOBACCO, AND FISHING AND BOATING SUPPLIES
CONCESSION AT THE COMMODORE RALPH MUNROE
MARINE STADIUM.
WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement for the Foods Beverage,
Novelty and Tobacco Concession at the Commodore Ralph Munroe
Marine Stadium expires on June 6, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami is desirous of producing
increased revenue at the Marine Stadium Complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has indicated its desire
to expand the Food, Beverage, Novelty and Tobacco Concession at
the Marine Stadium to include bait and other items related to
fishing and boating:; and
WHEREAS, it is believed that the sale of beer should
be included in order to increase revenue to the City and as a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY SS:` ON 6r
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise for, and receive proposals from
individuals or firms with the necessary expertise and financial
background to adequately operate a Food, Beverage, Novelty,
Tobacco and Fishing and Boating Supplies Concession at the
Commodore Ralph Munroe Marine Stadium.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of March, 1977.
