A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED MIAMI-
DADE WATER AND SEAR AUTHORITY SUB, A autinvratoN
IN THE CITY or MIAMI, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICA-
TIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT AND ACCEPTING A COVENANT
To RUN WITH THE LAND POSTPONING THE IMMEDIATE
CONSTRUCTION OP 81bEWALX, GRADING AND HAP/NO
STREET SHOULDER, ONE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND SOLID
801 AND AUTHoRt2ING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND CITY CLEM< TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled
MIAMI-DADE WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY SUB; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the developers of
MIAMI-DADE WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY SUB. execute a Covenant to
Run with the Land postponing the immediate construction of five (5)
foot wide sidewalk, grading and shaping street shoulder, one
drainage structure and solid sod Saint Augustine (bitter blue)
grass:

Section 1. The Plat entitled MIAMI-DADE WATER AND
21 SEWER AUTHORITY SUB. being a subdivision in a portion of the S.E. 4
22 of Section 20, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, Miami, Dade
23 County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if
fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED‘,80nffirrthoexor
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

together with all existing and future planting, trees and
shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be
and the same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami,
Florida.
Section 2. The Covenant to Run with the Land executed by
Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority postponing the immediate
construction of five (5) foot wide sidewalk, grading and shaping
street shoulder, one drainage structure and solid sod Saint
Augustine (bitter blue) grass all located on Loquat Avenue
abutting the property platted until such time 45 required by the
Department of Public Works of the City of Miami,'

Records of bade County Plorida, after the Plat has been recorded,

to execute the Plat.
