A RESOLUTION ORDERING COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR�5420..0 (centerline sewer) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR5420-C (centerline sewer).
BE IT RESOLVED f3;° THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. That a Sanitary sewer improvement identified
as COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR=5420-C (centerline sewer)
shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
The City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:

Laying 6 inch iron and/or Polyvinyl Chloride pipe laterals,
as required to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
abovetnentioned streets, including the lots and parcels of land
described in Section 2 hereof; together with necessary manholes,
other appurtenances, pump stations, connections to existing sewers,
relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such
relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR,-5420,-C (centerline
sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the above -mentioned streets, Including the following
described lots and parcels of land.
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land to the property line of which a sewer
lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the average cost of
that lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56 of
the Charter of The City of Miami., as amended:

Section 3. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as COLUI4BIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5420=C (centerline sewer), and the above -described properties,
including all the lots and parcels of land abutting the streets
described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments shall be
made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall be designated
as COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5420-C (centerline
sewer).
