A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF LITTLE BIRD NURSERY AND GARDEN STORE FOR THE
GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H,-4 374 - BID "D"
(LANDSCAPING) AT A TOTAL COST OF $26 640, AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,664 FOR THE
GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT II.4 374 - BID "0"
(LANDSCAPING),
WHEREAS] there exists a contract dated June 23, 1975
between The City of Miami and Little Bird Nursery and Garden
Store; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Little Bird Nurser:' and Garden Store has furnished the required
documents certifying; that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contracts and
