(DRAINAGE) AT A TOTAL COST OF $46 , 244 6 60 AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $45624.46 FOR THE
S •W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II

WHEREAS) there exists a contract dated AuF;ust 2, 1976
between The City of Miami and T & 2 Construction Company; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
T & :1 Construction Company, Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying; that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
