ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 6871, COM-
PREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY o
MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING Ci:ASS1FtCA'I'TON
OF THAT PORTION OF TRACT "A" FERN ISLE. SOUTH
FORK PARK (103-79) LOCATED 595' WEST OF THE
CENTER LINE OP N.W. 22ND AVENUE, BEING APPROXI-
MATELY 2250 N.W. I.ITH STREET, AS SHOWN ON THE
MAP ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HF"REOF,
FROM P-R (PUBLIC PARKS AND RECREATION) TO GU
(GOVERNMENTAL USE) AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY
CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871 BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III , SECTION 2 THEREOF;
BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR
PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of March 2, 1977, Item No. l (a) , to lowinfr an advertised
Hearing, adopted Resolution No, PAR 18-77 by a 7 Co O vote
recommending change of zoning classification as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Co missiutl, atter careful consideration
and due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in the
best interests of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to change
the zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE I'I' ORDAINED BY TIE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 68/1 , the Comprehensive Toning
Ordinance for the City of Miami bt , and the same is hereby amended
by changing the zoninlg, classification of that portion of Tract "A",
Fern isle South Fork Park (103-79) located 595' west of the
center line of N.W. 22nd Avenue, btinr approximately 2250 N.W.
1 l th Street, as shown on the map attached hereto and made: a part
hereof , from 1'-R (Public Parks and Recreation) to GU (Governmental
Ilse) and by making the necessary changes in the 70ning District
Map made a part of the said Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and
description in Article III, Section 2 thereof.
Section 2. That all laws or parts of laws in conflict
herewith he, and the same are hereby repealer insofar- as they are
in coral i. et,
Section 3. Should any part or (provision of this ordinance
be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the
same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole.
