WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 6871 permits an attensior of a conditional use by
the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a
one-year period; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one-year
extension of the conditional use granted by Zoning Board
Resolution No. 162-76.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one-year extension of
the conditional use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XI-2,
Section 1(7)(a), to permit expansion of conditional use parking
lot, to include Lot 6, Block 96S, Miami (B-41), being approxi-
mately 44 S.W. 14th Street, all in conjunction with the office
building located at 75 S.W. 14th Street, Zoned R-CB (Residential
Office), granted by City Commission Resolution No. 72-838, be and
the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23RD day of MARCH

ART/CtE XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 provides
that any Conditional Use shall expire six months after the effective
date o the Conditional Use unless a tuilding Permit or a Certificate
of Use has been issued based upon the Conditional Use. The Ordinance
further provides that the City Manager may, after review and deter-
mination that substantial progress has been achieved by the applicant in
terms of project planning, extend the expiration date of the conditional
Use for an additional period of time not to exceed one year, subject to
approval of the City Commission.
This Department finds no objection to the granting of the extension
of time for this conditional Use.
we are requesting the City Attorney's office, by copy of this memo,
to prepare the proper Resolution for this extension.
Tentative city commission date: March 23, 1977.

This Variance or Conditional Use will expire on April 4, 1977
unless you obtain a Building Permit or Certificate of Use based upon
and incorporating this Variance or Conditional Use during this period.
The expiration time of this action can be extended by the City Manager
with the approval of the City Commission for one (1) year. If you
require this extension of time, direct a letter requesting such ex-
tension to the City Manager at least thirty (30) days prior to the
expiration.
