A MAXIMUM OF 75 DWELLING UNITS. 2. A MINIMUM of 23 ?AXING SPActs, ALLOCATED FoR THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. 3. SETBACKS TO BE GENERALLY IN ACCORD WITH R-C ZONING DISTRICT REQUIRE- MENTS, AND 4. LANDSCAPING TO MEET CITY REQUIRE- MENTS. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of February 16, 1977, Item #1(b), following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 13-77 by a 7 to 0 vote recom- mending permission to operate a Community Center and Residence Facilities per Article XXI-2, Section 3(1)on Lots 1 through 7 and 14 through 20, Block K, Riverview (5-43), being approximately 900-960 S.W. lst Street, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board found that the establishment of the proposed use was (a) compatible with the sur- rounding area; (b) in conformity with the plans; (c) served by an arterial street; (d) beneficial to the adjacent area; (e) generally in scale with the community; and (f) essential for the community; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration and due deliberation, agrees with the findings of the Planning Advisory Board; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY', coMMUSIoN OF THE pOCitiker..•01., 1.90% PP I CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: ITEM NO. -5 section 1, That permission to operate a ommtnity Center and Residence Facilities Per Article XXI'2, GU (Government art common MegTING OF MAR 1977 . • • • g, xy r.:A3C.S. inimuimat as Use), Section 3(1), on approkimately 900-q60 S.W. 1st Street, Lots 1 through 7 and 14 through 20, Mock X, Riverview (5-41) toned C-I Modal ComMercial) and R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) proposed to be rezoned at (0overnment Use) 48 per plan on file and subject to site design and development plan approval by the Planning Department, and, further, subject to the following conditions: 1.
