PUERTO RICAN OPPORTUNITY CENTER PROM
$25,000 TO '$22,914.371 DAD COUNTY SCHOOL
BOARD - APTER SCHOOL CARE FROM $200,000 TO
$195,807.72; J.E.S.C.A. PROM $33,000 TO
$25,712.28; LEGAL SERVICES - WYNWOOD OFFICES
FROM $10,000 TO $7,730.61 AND URBAN LEAGUE -
LATIN STREET ACADEMY FROM $40,000 TO
$33,762.64, THEREBY RESULTING IN A TOTAL
OP $24,095.38, WHICH FUNDS ARE REAPPROPRIATED
FOR SOCIAL SERVICES RESERVE FUNDING TO BE
USED DURING FISCAL YEAR 1976-77.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8466, passed
and adopted September 26, 1975, as amended is hereby further amended
by reducing the following appropriationst
11. Dade County Schools -After School Care $2007000 $195,807.72

21. Legal Services - Wynwood Offices $-107000 $ 7,730.61

Section 2. The reductions in the aforesaid appropriations
set forth in Section 1 hereof, totalling $24,095.36 are hereby re -
appropriated for Social Services Reserve Funding to be used during
fiscal year 1976-77.
Section 3. All ordinances, code sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict,
are hereby repealed.

Section 2. if any !motion, sentence, alauae, phrase,
or Word of this ordinance is for any reason held or declared to
be unconstitutional, invalid, inoperative Cr void, such holding
or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and it shall be construed to have been the intent of
the City Commission to pass this ordinance without such unconsti-
tutionai, invalid, or inoperative part therein; and the remainder
of this ordinance, after the exclusion of such part or parts shall
be deemed and held to be valid as if such parts had not been
included therein.
Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be
an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the
preservation of peace, health, safety and property in the City of
Miami.
Section 5. The requirement of reading this ordinance
on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not
less than four -fifths of the Members of this Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY TITLE ONLY this 16th day of
March, 1977.
