1. Purchase of liley property - The original proposal was for the
City to pay, as part of a court order, $9:'i9,00° plus $60.000

quire ',11o00 al.; an initial payment for the property plus

six y,Jars in equal annuil installments at 8 1/2 percent interest.
Mr, Trainor proposed that the City use the revenue generated
