7. SECOND READING ORDINANCE
Repealing Chapter 28 (Sections 281 thtu 285) and Section
3020 and deleting certain classifications contained in
Chapter 30, Atticle III, Set. 30.,28 of the Code of the City
of Miatni, and enacting a neW Section 30-20, taking it

SECOND READING - ORDINANCE
Amending Rule VII,'Part 2, Section 4, of the Civil Service
Rules and Regulations of the City of Miami. Florida, by
providing that an employee may waive his _oc her right to pro-
motion one time and not be removed from a promotional register
if said offer is not within his or her own Department. This
ordinance was passed on First Reading February 24, 1977. It
was introduced by Commissioner Plummer and seconded by Vice
Mayor Gibson.
10. SECOND READING —ORDINANCE
Amending Appropriations Ordinance 8589 to include unanticipated
revenues and expenditures of S28,800 partly defraying the cost
of the International Folk Festival and Bali in 1977. This
ordinance was passed on First Reading February 24, 1977. It
was introduced by Commissioner Plummer and seconded by
Vice Mayor Gibson.
11. FIRST READING - ORDINANCE
Amending Ordinance No. 8614, amending Chapter 50 of the Code
of the City of Miami, by adding sections 50-71 through 50-80,
providing for dockaje fees and for Rules and Regulations as
to the use of utilities. City Manager recommends.

Amending Miami City EmployeesRetirement System (Ord. 2230) so
that employees not fulfilling requirements of Section 91 may
be permitted to pay back service to a maximum of four Years.

Amending the Miami City General Employees' Retirement Plea
(Ord. 5624) providing that an employee who has rejoined the
City's work force may redeposit contributions by filing with
the Board within 30 dais an election to pay back or redeposit.
