PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS) E`OR THE PERIOD BETWEEN MARCH 1, 1977 AND SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, TO BE FUNDED THROUGH C.E.T,A. ALLOCATION OF FUNDS AT A RATE NOT TO EXCEED $2, 613 PER MONTH INCLUDING 107. V()R SOCIAL SECURITY AND OTHER FRINGE 1ENEFITS, TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY AND METROPOLITAN t)ADE COUNTY, AS AGENT FOR MANPOWER PLANNING CONSORTIUM. WHEREAS, the City of Miami operates public service employment programs under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (C.E.T.A.), as amended; and WHEREAS, GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTH FLORIDA-------- ---- a non-profit organization, has requested the City of Miami to provide to it certain public service employment positions in order to continue to provide services to City of !Miami residents; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTH FLORIDA , a non-profit organization, for the purpose of subcontractingTHREE(3) C.E.T.A. public service employment position for the period between MARCH 1, 1917 and September 30, 1917, to be funded through C.E.T',A. allocation of funds at a rate: not to exceed $2, 613 per month, including 10% for Social Security :and ot:h4.r fringe benefits, t.o be received by Ow City of Miami under an agreement between the City and Metropolitan Dade County, ati agent for the Manpower Planning C t ► u t- t.1 u►u .
