THE SUNSET-ToLEDO LAND coMDANY OP rIAMI, INC.,
DATED SEPTEMHER 21, 1976, A CoPY Off' WHICH IS
ATTACHED HERETO, POR THE CUL-DE-SAC RIGHT -OP -WAY
ON N.W. 47TH AVENUE NORTH oP N.W, 7TH STREET AN1)
DIRECTING THE DRoPER OEEICIALS Of THE CITY OP
MIAMI To RECORD SAID DEED IN THE EHELIC RECORDS
OP DADE: COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, Sunset Villas Condominium of Miami, Inc,
requested a variance of subdivision regulations; and
WHEREAS, said variance was granted by Zoning Board
Resolution No. 164-76 on October 4, 1976; and
WHEREAS, one of the conditions of the variance was that
the cul-de-sac right-of-way on N.W. 47th Avenue north of N.W. 7th
Street be dedicated to the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, the title of said property is in Sunset -Toledo
Land Company of Miami, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Sunset Villas Condominium of Miami, Inc. and
Sunset -Toledo Land Company of Miami, Inc. are controlled by the
same individuals; and
WHEREAS, Sunset -Toledo Land Company of Miami, Inc. has
given its Warranty Deed to the City of Miami for the subject

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE gAl4i9om t s-xE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Warranty Deed from the Sunset -Toledo
Land Company of Miami, Inc., dated September 21, 1976, a copy of
which is attached hereto, for the cul-de-sac right-of-way on N.W.
47th Avenue north of N.W, 7th Street, be and the same is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby directed to record the t•'arranty Deed from the Sunset -
Toledo Land Company of Miami, Inc., dated September 21, 1976, in
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

the platting requirements, A condition of the variance WAS that
the above captioned right-of-way be dedicated to the public.
The Warranty Deed for same has been signed and delivered and it is
now in order to accept said Deed by resolution.
