WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Roenca
Corporation has satisfactorily completed the construction of
sanitary sewers designated as SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5391 C (centerline sewer) AND SR-5391 S (sideline sewer) in
SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-539]: C (center-
line sewer) and R-5391 S (sideline sewer); and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
by the Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED r THE COMMISSION OF THE
DOCUMENT ND X

Section 1. That the City Clerk be, and.he is b,y,
directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City
of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Commission
to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined by the
City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing to hear any
objections by persons interested or affected by SIMPSON SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5391 C (centerline sewer) AND SR-5391 S
(sideline sewer) in SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5391 C (centerline sewer) and SR-5391 S (sideline sewer).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16TR day of MARCH, 1977.
