1976 between the City or Miami and T. & Ns Construction Co., Inc.
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and T. & N. Construction Co., Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifyinr that all bills forlabor and materials have •
been paid in full in connection• wi.th the aforesaid contract; and.
• WHEREAS, the City Manaer and the Department of Public
Works recommend. that the completed work be accepted and final •
payment made to the contractor:
