`L W" WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 14, 1976
between the City of Miami and Carl J. Hoenes, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Carl J. Hoenes, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manaper and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and
final payment made to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF IA!1I, FLORTDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Carl J.
ioeits, Inc. for the SHENANDOAH PAR -COMMUNITY BUILDING IMPROVE-
MENTS ROVE-
MiNTS - 197 is hereby accepted at a total cost of $53,250.80
Section 2. The prover officials of The City of
Miami are hereby authoried to pay Carl J. Hoenes, Inc. a
balance of $8,687.48 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
aforesaid Contract.
