My office has been approached bV a private developer
interested in developing a marina to be located at the
Marine Stadium. He has expressed specific interest in
the lagoon area that is between the Rickenbacker Cause-
way and the Rusty Pelican restaurant.
If the Commission feels that this idea has merit) the
administration can prepare proposals inviting all
interested parties to participate.
