SECOND READING ORDINANCE
Amending Rule VIII, Section 5, of the Civil Servide Rules
and Regulations of the City of 1iati, Florida, as contained
in Ordinance No. 6945, This ordinance was passed on First
Reading rebruary 10, 1977. It was introduced by Commissioner
Reboso and seconded by Vice Mayor Oibson.
6. ORDINANCE
Amending Rule VII, Part 2, Section 4, of the Civil Service
Rules and Regulations of the City of Miami, Florida, by
providing that an employee ray Waive his or her right to pro-
motion one time and not be removed from a promotional register
if said offer is not within his or her own Department. Civil
Service Board recommends.
7. ORDINANCE
Amending Appropriations Ordinance 8589 to include unantici-
pated revenues and expenditures of $28,800 partly defraying
the‘cost of the International Folk Festival and Ball in 1977.
City Manager recommends.
6. ORDINANCE
Amending Ordinance No. 7999, to permit bicycling in designated
areas of City of Miami Parks. City Manager recommends.
9. ORDINANCE
Repealing Chapter 28 (Sections 28-1 thru 28-5) and Section
30-20, and deleting certain classifications contained in
Chapter 30, Article III, Sec. 30-28 of the Code of the City
of Miami, and enacting a new Section 30-20, making it
unlawful to engage in the fortune telling, etc. business in
the City of Miami. City Attorney recommends.
