ORDINANCE Amending Rule VII, Part 2, Section 4, of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations of the City of Miami, Florida, by providing that an employee ray Waive his or her right to pro- motion one time and not be removed from a promotional register if said offer is not within his or her own Department. Civil Service Board recommends. 7. ORDINANCE Amending Appropriations Ordinance 8589 to include unantici- pated revenues and expenditures of $28,800 partly defraying the‘cost of the International Folk Festival and Ball in 1977.
