A RESOLUTION AUTHORISING THE ISSUANCE OP
A WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO RAFAEL &
foTERTO TRASH SE VICE, INC,
PERMITTINt IT TO C0H NCE DOING BUSINESS
UPON PULL COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 20 OP
THE CODE OP THE CITY OP W.IAMI, FLORtDA,
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of Miami
Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Rafael & Roberto Trash
Service, Inc, has applied for such a license and has met or has
represented under oath that it will meet, within the required period
of time, the requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to Rafael & Roberto Trash Service, Inc. and the
said company may commence doing business thereunder upon full compli-
ance with Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February , 1977.

Civilian Identification Division of the Police Department.
We have prepared a proposed resolution and have submitted same
