PEMITTINO IT TO COMMENCE DOINO BUSINESS
UPON PULL COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 20 OF
THE CODE o1 THC CITY OF MIAMI0 PLORIDA*
WHEREASthe City Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City Of
Miami Waste Collection License; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that ALL FLORIDA SANITATION
has applied for such a license and has met or has
represented under oath that it will meet, within the required
period of time, the requirements of said Code;
NO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE conmIssioN OF
THE CITY OF MiAnl, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Mizimi, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
Liconsu to ALL FLORIDA SANITATION
and tho sLIid company may commence doing business thereunder upon
fuli conplionce with Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida.

collection as set up in Ordinance No. 7434.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33314
Fingerprints attached were submitted by the City of Miami
Civilian identification Division of the Police Department.
We have prepared a proposed resolution and have submitted same
to the Law Department for their review and finalization.
When the application has been approved, please return sat* for
issuance of license and for our files.
