A WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO PACKgb
SANITATION CON?At, INC,
PERMITTING IT TO COMMENCE DOING BUSINESS
UPON PULL COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 20 OF
THE CODE OP THE CITY OP MUM, PLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
provides detailed requiresents for the issuance of a City of Miami
Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that packed Sanitation
Company, Inc. has applied for such a license and has met or has
represented under oath that it will meet, within the required period
of time, the requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to Packed Sanitation Company, Inc. and the
said company may commence doing business thereunderuponfull compli-
ance With Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February 197 7.

Fingerprints attached were submitted by the City of Miami
Civilian identification Division of the Police Department.
We have prepared a proposed resolution and have submitted same
to the taw Department for their review and finalization.

issuance of license and for our files.
