A RESOLUTION AUTHORIEINC THE ISSUANCE OP
A WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO
COUNTY WASTE, INC,
PERMITTING IT TO COMMENCE DOING BUSINESS
UPON PULL COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 20 OP
THE CODE 0P THE CITY OP MIAMI, PLOAIDA,
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of Miami
Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that County Waste, Inc.
has applied for such a license and has met or has
represented under oath that it will meet, within the required period
of time, the requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to
County Waste, Inc. and the
said company may commence doing business thereunder upon full compli-
ance with Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
