UPON PULL COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 20 OP
THE CODE OP THE CITY OP MIAMI, PtIOA.
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of Miami
Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Corbar's Trucking & Trash
Hauling, Inc. has applied for such a license and has net or has
represented under oath that it will meet, within the required period
of time, the requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO**1ISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to Corbar's Trucking & Trash Hauling, Inc. and the
said company may commence doing business thereunder upon lull compli-
ance with Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February , 1977.
