A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION11
N0. 7E-995 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED RIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
COCONUT GROVE BUSINESS AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVE
MENT H-4408 IN COCOIIUT GROVE BUSINESS AREA HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H J44O8
WHEREAS, at the Commission meeting of November 11,
1976 Resolution No. 76-995 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as COCONUT GROVE BUSINESS AREA HIGHWAY IMPROV HT
I -4408 in COCONUT GROVE BUSINJESS AREA MGM? IMPROVEMENT bISTRICT H-4408; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on February 24, 1977
as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 76.995,
which r_.�olu icn .rde �-:1 COCONUT GROVE BUSINESS AREA HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H 44408 in COCONUT GROVE BUSINESS AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT F.-440S; and
WHEREAS, no ob, t et.ions to the confirmation of said
highway imrrovement were sustained by the Commission, it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement.

The improvements to the Coconut Grove Business Area which
includes replacement of existing sidewalks with a decorative
textured surface, replacement of existing curb and gutter,
landscaped planter areas at intersections and mid -block, trees
in the sidewalk (with grates), decorative cross walks,
modification of drainage facilities, and pavement adjustments
if necessary was ordered by the City Comr:ission at their
Meeting; of November 11, 1975, by Resolution No. 76-995.
It is now in order ccnrirr. the Ordering Resolution No. 76-995
and authorize advertis,.nF,, for bids. A Public Hearing will be
held February 24) 1 77 at .: 1ch tie the Commission will hear
