AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 6871, THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OP
MIAMI, BY CHANGING Ti1E ZONING CLA5StPtCA"fl0N
OF LOT 102, KENILWORTH REVISED (5.115), REINC
2300 S,W, 2ND TERRACE, PROM R=1 (ONE FAMILY)
TO R.2 (TWO FAMILY) ; AND RY MAKING TIME NEC.
ESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE
APART OF THE SAID ORDINANCE NO, 6871 BY
REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III,
SECTION 2 THERE0P; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
COM SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT
AND. CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS,the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
December 6, 1976, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No, ZB 182-76 by a 5 to 2 vote recommending
denial for any change of zoning classification of tot 102,
Kenilworth Revised (5-115), being 2300 S.W. 2nd Terrace, from
R-1 (One Family) to R-2 (Two Family); and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, notwithstanding the
recommendation of denial by the Zoning Board and after careful
consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to grant said petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Zoning District Map made a part of the said Ordinance No. 6871 by
reference and description in Article III, Section 2,thereof.

in conflict,

following an advertised Bearing, adopted Resolution No, ZB 182--76 by
a 5 to 2 vote recommending DENIAL of a Change of Zoning Classification
of Lot 102, KENILWORTH REVISED (5-115), being 2300 S.W. 2nd Terrace,
from R-1 (One Family) to R-2 (Two Family) .
Eight objections were received in the mail. No objectors were present
at the meeting.
An ORDINANCE to provide for this Change of Zoning has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
