ESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE APART OF THE SAID ORDINANCE NO, 6871 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THERE0P; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, COM SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND. CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION. WHEREAS,the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of December 6, 1976, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No, ZB 182-76 by a 5 to 2 vote recommending denial for any change of zoning classification of tot 102, Kenilworth Revised (5-115), being 2300 S.W. 2nd Terrace, from R-1 (One Family) to R-2 (Two Family); and WHEREAS, the City Commission, notwithstanding the recommendation of denial by the Zoning Board and after careful consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interests of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant said petition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENT, INDEX ► -' Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the CoImTprEPe r a o s'ilz Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification from R-1 (One Family) to R-2 (Two Family) of Lot 102, Kenilworth Revised (5-115), being 2300 S.W. 2nd Terrace; and by making the necessary changes in the Zoning District Map made a part of the said Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and description in Article III, Section 2,thereof. Section 2.
