WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at it meeting of January 3# 1977, Item #6# following an advertised hearing, adopted Reso- lution No. Z8 8-77 by a 7 to 0 Vote recommending approval of the vacation and closure of the alley lying within "Craig Replat of Coral Point Tract A (77-38) and Douglas Trail (62-77)", being block bounded by S.W. 36th Court, 37th Avenue and S.W. 7th and 8th Streets; all in accordance with Tentative Plat t971 - "GREEN TRAIL SUB"; and WHEREAS, no objections were received to said vacation and closure; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant said approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE "DOCUMENT CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: / 1 INDEX Section 1. APPROVAL: The Plat and Street CoMmittee at their meeting 11-17-76 approved the tentative plat (TP#971) by a 8-0 vote subjectto: 1. Alteration, relocation or installation of utilities at the property owner's expense. 2. Any necessary utility easements 3. No building permits to be issued on the site until all necessary utility easements have been established by a letter or sketch from the several utilities involved. 4. Public Hearing to close the alley. APPROVAL: The closure and vacation of existing alley which is presently unused is warranted. The effect of the closure will enable the applicant to make better use of his land. Recommended approval by Resolution #ZB 8-77, January 1977, by a 7-0 vote. No objectors were present.
