The extension of waiver of development of 6 of 27 Off -Street parking spaces in conjunction with 22-unit apartment building at the southeast corner of N.W. 5th Avenue and 34th Street, for a period of one year be, and the same is hereby granted. Section 2. Automatic waivers of extension for one year periods thereafter, unless at annual inspection by the Building Department, the Department Director requests additional review by the City Commission, be, and the same is hereby granted. WHEREAS, the resolution approving the waiver of development of certain parking spaces was conditioned upon annual review by the Building Department, and WHEREAS, the Building Department has reviewed the subject property, and WIHEREAS, the Building Director finds that the intent of the resolution has not been rnet, and WHEREAS, the City Commission also finds that the intent of the resolution has not been met, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The resolution granting waiver of development of 6 of 27 Off -Street Parking spaces in conjunction with 22- Unit apartment building at the Southeast corner of N. W. 5th Avenue and 34th Street be and the same is hereby rescinded. According to the attached report from the Building Department, the intent of the Resolution is not being met; therefore, it is requested that the City Commission review this matter. cc: Law Department Planning Dept.
