A RESOLUTION RESCIEDULINO THE REGULAR CITY
COMMISSION MEETING OP MARCH 10, 1977, WHICH
HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN CHANCED TO MARCH 17 , 15771
TO TAME PLACE oN MARCH 16, 1977, AND RESCHEDUL-
ING THE REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF
MARL 124 , 1977, WHICH HAD PREVIOUSLY SEEN
CHANCED TO MARCH 11, 1977# TO TAME PLACE ON
MARCH 24, 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The regular City Commission Meeting
of March 10, 1977, which had previously been changed to
March 17, 1977, is hereby rescheduled to take place on
March 16, 1977.
Section 2. The regular City Commission Meeting
of March 24, 1977, which had previously been changed to
March 31, 1977, is hereby rescheduled to take place on
March 24, 1977.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of February, 1977.

Match 24, 1977 (9:00 A.M,) Regular Meeting
The above meetings will be held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall,
Dinner Key, Miami, Florida.

At the regular City Commission Meeting of January 21, 1977, the Coen. -
mission voted to change the scheduled March 3lst meeting to March 24.
This means that the Commission Meeting schedule for the month of March
will be:

March 2A
March 24

-- Regular Commission Meeting
Unfortunately, this compresses the agenda preparation schedule and the
timetable for submitting agenda materials. Please be aware that, for the
March 17 fleeting, the deadline for submitting agenda legislation to the
Law Department and the Agenda Secretary is MARCH 4; and the deadline for
the March 24 meeting is MARCH 11. (See memo dated Dec. 22, 1976)
