A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLEAT ENTITLED ADITARR,
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OP MIAMI, AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO

WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF' THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled ABITARE being a subdivision of
part of Lot 9, recorded in Deed Book "D", at Page 253, of the
Public Records of Dade County, lying in the S.E. k of Section 21,
Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Florida, which
by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated here-
in and the dedications as thereon together with all existing and
future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
perpetual use of the public, be and the same are, hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of
the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1OTH day of FEBRUARY
1977.

Lopez/Vera and Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for
submission to the Cit Commission and is forwarded With a
recommendation that it be approved,
