Construction Co., Inc. in the amount. of $569,898.90 for the

funds to be received froth the US. Department of Housing and
Urban Development through its obligation to pay the City of Miami
through the City's Community Development Program to cover the
cost of the Said contract
Section 3, The amount of $37,646 is hereby allocated
from "Highway Improvement Bond Funds" and the amount of $25 e 042
is hereby allocated from "Storm Sewer Bond Funds" to cover project
expense, which includes engineering, surveys and inspection work
performed by city forces.
Section 4. The amount or $6,844 Is hereby allocated
from "iii hwa;✓ Improvement Bond Funds ► and the amount of $4
553.10
from "Storm Sewer Bond Funds" to cover thecost or uch items
advertising,, testing laboratories and postage.

Redevelopment of streets in area between N.W. 58 and
60 Streets from N.W. 17 to 12 Avenues. Improvements
will be similar to those of Phase 1 and will include
asphaltic pavement, concrete curbs and gutter's, a
covered ditch drainage system and landscaping.
