CRTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1 rs F' Ll(,VV" Lit IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY Or MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to he issued to JAMES E. SCOTT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION for amusement rides in connection with its Carnival at the ORANOWAY STORE at 1100 NW 54 Street April 7 thru 10, 1977 on subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Such use shall not be established for a period exceeding 15 clays, nor shall any one location be used more than once every -90 days. 2. The operators of the amusement- rides shall obtain the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of Use. 3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride activities. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons. 5. The operators and employees of the rides will not domicile on the property. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart- ment 'feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be employedby the permit holder. S. Operations must conform to noise level requirements as set forth by the Director of the Building Department.
