fore amusement rides in connection with its Carnival at MIAMI STADIUM,
2300 N.vi, 10 Avenue on February 10 thru 13, 1977
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
e> ceeding 15 days, nor shall any one location
be used more than once every 90 days.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates
of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on
ride activities.
. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and
female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder-
. Operations must conform to 'noise level requirements as
set forth by the Director of the .Building Department.

to April 10, 1977.
Both meet requirements of. Ordinance =6871, draft
resolutions are attached.
