A permitis hereby authorized to be issued the GESU CHURCH to for amusement rides in connection with its Carnival at 118 N.E. 2 Street March 19 and 20, 1977 on subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Such use shall not be established for a period exceeding 15 days, nor shall any one location be used more than once every 90 days. 2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of Use, 3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride activities. 4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons. 5. The operators and employees of the rides will not domicile on the property. 6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises. 7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart- ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be employed by the permit holder. 8. This letter is to kindly request your assistance in securing permission for us to have this Tombola• -Festival. The Tombola -Festival is held each year to help to continue the important role of Gesu School. There will be no rides, just booths, foods entertainment and fun. Will you please have this matter placed on the agenda of the City Commission so that our parish may begin to obtain the necessary permits to have this Tombola -Festival.
