CLARK, MAYOR OF METROPOLITAN 'DADE COUNTY OF THE
RESULTS OF THE SAID DEPARTMENT'S EVALUATION OF
DADE COUNTY'S TRANSPORTATION PROPOSALS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Board of County Commissioners of
Metropolitan

the $500,000,000-$600,000,000 tentatively committed
Mass Transportation Administration of the Department
of Transportation for implementation of its Rapid Transit Line
Project for the proposed Downtown People Mover System in the
City of Miami, as authorized by the Administrator of the Urban
Mass Transportation Administration in his December 22, 1976
notification to the Honorable Stephen Clark, Mayor of Metropolitan
Dade County, of the results of the said Department's evaluation
of Dade County's transporation proposals.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of JANUARY
1977.
