The Zoning Board recommended DENIAL by a 5 to 2 vote. The Planning Department's recommendation is Denial. RESOLUTION Consideration of an extension of the waiver of development of 6 of 27 off-street parking spaces in conjunction with a 22-unit apartment building at the S.E. corner of N. W. 5th Avenue and 34th Street. The current extension for this waiver was granted by Resolution #75-60 on January 9, 1975. The Building Department reports disrepair.
