ORDINANCE - FIRST READING
Jose Pina's application for a Change of Zoning
of property at 2300 S.W. 2nd Terrace from R-1
(One Family) to R-2 (Two Family). The Zoning
Board recommended DENIAL by a 5 to 2 vote. The
Planning Department's recommendation is Denial.
Eight objections were received in the mail, no
objectors were present at the Zoning Board meeting.
ORDINANCE - FIRST READING
Application by Harcourt I. Clark Sr., for a Change
of Zoning of Lots 6 and 7 from R-1 (One Family)
to C-2A, and Lots 37 thru 40, Block 1, COMBINED
AND SUPPLEMENTAL MAP OF MACFARLANE HOMESTEAD PLAT
AND ST. ALBAN'S PARK (5-81), located at approxi-
mately 3739, 3740 and 3749 Grand Avenue, from R-2
(Two Family) to C-2A (Special Community Commercial).
Zoning Board recommended by a 7 to 0 vote, the
Planning Department recommended Approval. No ob-
jections were received in the mail and none were
present at the Zoning Board meeting. Commission
deferred action on this item at the meeting of
December 15, 1976.

RESOLUTION
Consideration of an extension of the waiver of
development of 6 of 27 off-street parking spaces
in conjunction with a 22-unit apartment building
at the S.E. corner of N. W. 5th Avenue and 34th
Street. The current extension for this waiver
was granted by Resolution #75-60 on January 9,
1975. The Building Department reports disrepair.

Granting a one year extension of the Conditional
Uses granted by Resolutions ZB 124-76 and ZB 125-76
which permitted 299 Dwelling Units and a Parking
Garage on property at approximately 535 N.E. 15th
Street.

properties located on and adjacent to Martin
Luther King, Jr., Boulevard from existing zoning
to C-4A (Boulevard Commercial). This Ordinance
was passed on First Reading December 15, 1976.
{It was introduced by Commissioner Gibson and
seconded by Commissioner Plummer.
