Mayor's Conference Room
This memorandum will confirm the correction of minutes
Which is necessary to reflect my first comment upon
entering the "Executive Session" to which I had received
no prior notification. As I opened the door, I asked
"What's going on here?"....which you agree you heard.
All copies of the said minutes distributed, including
those for th9 Mayor, other Commissioners, Manager and
press must be amended to reflect my comment.
