REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT
OF 1974, SO THAT MIAMI RESIDENTS MAY COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED ACTIVITIES AND FUNDING ON THE CITY OF MIAMI*S
THIRD YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the City of Miami is required to submit ah ;appl 'dam''
ti:oh for third year entitlement funds in the amount of $9►964,000
under the Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Citizen Participation plan
Calls for two public hearings in February to solicit the comments
of Miami residents prior to the submission of the third year
Community Development application to the U.S. Department of Hoesi'ng.
and Urban Development; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Two public hearings will be scheduled and duly advertised
during the regularly scheduled Commission meetings of February 10,
1977 and February 24, 1977 at 4:00 P.M.
