SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE ot•; A
1RMtT TO CENTRO MATER FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES
2N CONNECTION WITH ITS CARNIVAL TO BE HELD
MAttCH 5 AND 6, 1977, AT 353 S,W. 4 STREET
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
AMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be
i§sued to Centro Mater for amusement rides in connection with
its Carnival at 353 S.W. 4th Street, on March 5 and 6, 1977,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding 7 days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once a year.
The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates
of Use.

Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on
ride activities.
The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and
female patrons.
The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.

Dear Sirs:
We are planning to have a carnival on March 5 and 6, 1977 at
353 S. W. 4th Street. The carnival will consist of Boothes,
Shows and possible some Rides.
We have contacted Lt. Altman, City of Miami Police Department,
Traffic Division, who asked us to conctact him again on the
end of January.
We request the permit for such carnival. If you need any fur-
