A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT TO
I40Y SCOUT TROOP #40, B.S. OF A.IST, JOHN BAPTIST CHURCH,
VOR AMUSEMENT RitieS F6iWI71211 ITS CARNIVAL
TO BE HELD 674 N.W, 54 STREET
ON ___ JANUARY 18 THRU JANtJARY 23, 1977;
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Bt IT IIESOLVEU BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be
issued to BOY SCOUT TROOP #40, B.S. of A., ST. JOHN BAPTIST CHURCH,
for amusement rides in connection with its Carnival at
674 N.W. 54 Street January 18 thru 23, 1977;
on
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not. be established for a period
exeeding 15 days, nor shall any one location
be used more than once every 90 days,
The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for botil,pp,),,q wn7),,

female patrons.
The operators and employees of the rgallwila-ncrt------
domicile onthc property.
No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
The City of Miami. Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
. Operations must conform to noise level requirements as
set forth by the Director of the Building Department.
