PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS, FOR THE PERIOD BETWEEN JANUARY 3, 1977 AND SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, TO BE FUNDED THROUGH C.E.T.A. WHEREAS, the City of Miami operates public service employment programs under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (C.E.T.A.), as amended; and WHEREAS, UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY ASSOCIATION OF MIAMI, INC., a non-profit organization, has requested the City of Miami to provide to it certain public service employment positions in order to continue to provide services to City of Miami residents; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Nfl Section 1. Belafonte-Tacolcy Center for one (1) CETA slot in an amount not to exceed the rate of $653 per month effective January 3, 1977. Christian Community Service Agency, Inc. for one (1) CETA slot in an amount of $916 per month effective January 3, 1977. Coconut Grove Family Clinic for two (2) CETA slots in an amount not to exceed the rate of $1636 per month effective January 3, 1977. Latin Chamber of Commerce of U.S.A. for three (3) CETA slots in an amount not to exceed the rate of $2653 per month effec- tive January 3, 1977. Puerto Rican Opportunity Center for two (2) CETA slots in an amount not to exceed the rate of $1543 per month effective January 3, 1977. Saber, Inc. for one (1) CETA slot in an amount not to exceed the rate of $770 per month effective January 3, 1977. For all of the above, the monthly rate includes 10% for social security and other fringe benefits.
