I . ." t5EREAS , Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled TAVILLA REALTY ASSOCIATES SUBDIVISION; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled TAVILLA REALTY ASSOCIATES SUB- DIVISION being a replat of Blocks 8 and 9 of BRADDOCK SUBDIVISION NO. 3, BLOCKS 8, 9 AND 12, as recorded in Plat Book 47, at Page 8, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, lying in Section 26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully in- corporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and the same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
