Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled TAVILLA
REALTY ASSOCIATES SUBDIVISION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled TAVILLA REALTY ASSOCIATES SUB-
DIVISION being a replat of Blocks 8 and 9 of BRADDOCK SUBDIVISION
NO. 3, BLOCKS 8, 9 AND 12, as recorded in Plat Book 47, at Page 8,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, lying in Section
26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully in-
corporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and the
same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the
City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed_ toy_.

The accompanying Plat entitled TAVILLA REALTY ASSOCIATES
SUBDIVISION vas prepared by Donald W. McIntosh & Associates. It
18 in correct form for submission to the City Commission and 1.8
forwarded with a recornendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING In PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of a previously recorded
subdivision and is comprised of one tract. It is zoned I-1.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Donald W. McIntosh, Registered Land
Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of
the State of Florida.
(4) The City Planning and Zoninp. Board of Miami, Florida, after
Public Hearing, has recommended the closing of N.W. 21 Terrace
between N.W. 12 and N.W. 13 Avenues. This action was confirmed
by City Commission Resolution No. 74-1319.
By authority of Resolution No. ZE-22-75, adopted February 24,
1975, the Plat eaz recommended for acceptance by the City
Zoning Board of Mta-ni.
The attached Ce:t!ficate of Title Examlnation dated October 29,
1976, signed by A. A. Thelen, Attorney, indicates that the fee
simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in
TAVILLA REALTY ASF,CCIATE'e, at.d the Plat has been correctly
executed.
